These terms apply to services Graphinxt provides to clients in the United States.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote stating scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Prices and payment
Website plans are one-time fixed prices in USD, paid by card through a secure checkout. Marketing plans are billed monthly in USD after any free first month. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform and is never included in our fees.
The free first month
Our management fee is waived for the first 30 days of ads management. There is no contract; after the free month you may continue month-to-month or stop.
Ownership
Once a website is paid in full, you own the website files and content we create for you. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and analytics are set up in your name.
Results
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue. We do commit to full tracking and honest reporting.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date.
